30-Day Hassle-Free Returns

From the day your order arrives, you have 30 days to request a return.

Eligible items must be:

  • In original condition, unused and unworn

  • With tags and original packaging

  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

Returns sent without prior authorization will not be accepted.

How to Start a Return

Contact us at support@magiceagle.com to request approval. Once accepted, you’ll receive a prepaid shipping label and clear instructions.

Refunds

Approved refunds are processed back to your original payment method within 10 business days. Banks or credit card providers may take extra time to post the refund.
